However, the video works great alone if you want to focus on developing the quickness and agility components for football. The emphasis of "Explosive Football: Quickness and Agility" is on first-step explosion, change-of-direction, balance, cutting, agility, and quickness skills in every direction. Competition in football is multi-directional chaos, but you can organize your skills to prepare yourself for the challenges of the game. By stabilizing the joints and learning specific movement techniques, the athlete can then take those skills to the more random movement demanded by the game. This 30 minute video is packed full of drills and exercises to help you rule over the competition.
