Shipping Information
Speed Quest carries most items in stock, and we generally ship within 2-3 days of receiving the order. Most products are sent by UPS ground, although books, videos and programs are generally shipped Priority Mail. We are located on the West Coast, so average time in transit is 3-7 business days. We strive to ship all orders in a very timely manner, and air shipping is available should you need your order more quickly.
In order to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, we base charges off of standard UPS commercial rates. We do not add a handling charge. Accordingly, your shipping total will be calculated at checkout using the weight of your order and your shipping zip code. If you would like a quote prior to checkout, please contact us at 800-430-0555 and we will calculate charges for you. |
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, simply send it back in a new, unused condition and we will refund your payment. Videos will need to be unopened. All equipment comes with a minimum one year warranty against defects, and some items have a longer warranty. Please keep your receipt, and call us at 1-800-430-0555 if you experience any problems. |
