Private and Small-Group Lesson Fee Schedule

The instructors of Speed Quest take pride in bringing to each athlete the best of sport science today. All instructors take time to continue to upgrade their education with the latest information about training athletes. With speed and strength as our main focus, we will guarantee each athlete the opportunity to become physically the best that they can be. In addition to this we will give information on nutrition, goal setting, mental toughness and many other attributes that make up the complete athlete.

Private Sessions
One-on-one instruction with a sport specific specialist. The focus will be on athletic development for speed and explosion. These sessions are intended to meet each individual athlete’s specific needs. Each athlete will be evaluated, and provided with instruction created specifically to help them the most, exactly where they want to focus on improvement.

Group Sessions
Developed for groups of no more than 6, these speed and explosion sessions can be as broad or specific as the group desires. They can be tailored to a specific sport, or the focus can be on general improvement of speed and movement skills. This is great instruction at a great price.

Session Specifics
Each session is 60-75 minutes long. The first 15 minutes is warm-up flexibility to insure that the muscles are ready for the speed and explosion workout. Some essential parts of our training are:

  • Multi-direction explosion
  • Maximum speed/velocity
  • Resistance for speed
  • First-step explosion
  • Dynamic flexibility
  • Vertical jump
  • Arm Mechanics

Payment Policy and Schedule
Each Session must be paid in advance. This can be done at the beginning of each session, or payment can be made for a block of sessions in advance.

Note: If you are taking advantage of discounted rates for long term lessons or a group, the full amount must be paid in advance for the total number of sessions or athletes for which you are claiming a discount. Discounts will not be granted unless advance payment is made. If the size of your group is reduced, or the number of lessons cut short, the refund will be prorated according to the payment schedule.

After the initial 5 Sessions, the price per session will be discounted. For an even lower cost alternative, please look into our ongoing SOS sessions.
